If the replies are yes then help is at hand, our Cooking Camp is the perfect way to answer these questions and stimulate some new interests.
On the 10th and 11th of April Sotogrande International Camps is organising cookery workshops for aspiring super chefs between the ages of 8 and 12 years.
We will have two top local Chefs attending and a very special guest, a young chef with great potential.
Workshop 1 10th April ( 10 a.m – 2 p.m )
Run by InBoca Gastrobar our campers will learn how to make exquisite and original Spanish tapas.
They will explore different cooking techniques with the chef´s help and discover new ingredients and how best to use them.
At the end of the workshop they can enjoy the dishes they have made and share their impressions and views with our special guest.
Workshop 2 11th April ( 10 a.m – 2 p.m )
Run by the restaurant Portobello our campers will discover delicious and different types of pizzas as well as handmade desserts by Eccolo.
On finishing the course they will be able to taste their amazing pizzas and enjoy a feedback session with our marvellous Chefs.
